Enugu State PDP House of Assembly aspirant for Nkanu East Constituency, Engr. Uchenna Anyanwu has pledged an effective representation if elected come 2023. This is as he solicited the votes of the party’s delegate in the forthcoming PDP state assembly Primary that is scheduled to hold on May 8, 2022.
Anyanwu made the statement during the PDP local government monthly meeting held at the Nkanu East Local government headquarters, in Amagunze.
Engr. Anyanwu who spoke in Igbo and English said he has come to tell the people of Nkanu east of his intension to represent them in the Enugu State House of Assembly come 2023.
“Having worked in several places and the experience i have gathered working in various capacities in my community leadership and the society at large which cut across both in the political arena, i found himself worthy to serve the people come 2023” Uche Anyanwu said.
“That is why I have come to beg the people of Nkanu east for their support”.
“In 2017, I also came to beg you people for the same offer, this time I offer myself to serve my people”, He said.
He said that Nkanu east south should be considered this time, because the development centre has not produced any elective officer since the new dispensation, and if Nkanu south is considered, let his community Nome and himself, Uche Anyanwu in particular be considered.
“He assured the people that he has the capacity not because he is the best but because he believes he can remember the people and will make them proud”.
